SUJEETH FOUNDATION is established as an answer to some of the most pressing challenges that exist in our midst. Education and Health are the much talked of areas, but little is done to match the clamour. The voiceless, deprived millions still await their due. While their guardian angel might or might not come their wait is only getting longer. The conscience keepers of the society cannot dillydally in such a contingency. The gap between the need and the unattained must be shortened.

Why should women share their birthing experiences?

Pregnancy, birthing and bonding with the newborn baby are significant phases in a woman’s journey to motherhood. Women when given the right knowledge as part of the preparation, enjoy a positive birthing experience. This essentially means she has been given the freedom to make choices during labour, assured of a birth companion of her choice, encouraged to birth in the position she feels comfortable and finally enjoys holding her baby to her chest (skin-to-skin).
